Returns

Staple & Hue want you to love your purchase, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. If you need to process a return, please follow our policy below.

Change of Mind:

If your purchase isn't what you expected and you've changed your mind, you may qualify for a store credit or exchange. Refunds are only available for items with manufacturing faults.

- Samples and sale items are final sale.
- If the size you wish to exchange for is not available upon receiving your return, we will provide you with store credit as an alternative.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Please contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must have tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- No signs of wear, damage, or stains, including makeup or fake tan marks.
- Bodysuits and intimates are not eligible for returns.

How to Return:

If your item meets the above criteria, please head to our online portal to submit your return. You have 30 days to return the item to our studio.  Please note: 
- Customers cover shipping; we strongly suggest using tracked postage.
- Staple & Hue are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Returns processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds for Faulty Items:

If your purchase is faulty, email contact@stapleandhue.com within 5 days of receipt for assessment. We will happily arrange a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note:
- We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Staple & Hue are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
