RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase and understand that online shopping can sometimes be daunting, however we are here to help you through every step of your shopping experience. If you wish to process a return, please follow our policy below.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS:

All full price orders between 17.11.23 and 31.12.23 are eligible for extended returns, and may be exchanged until 17 January 2023. Orders over the holiday period (from 17.11.23 and 31.12.23) may be returned until 17 January 2023. See our full shipping policy for more details.

 
CHANGE OF MIND:
We design each of our garments to be totally adored by you. If your purchase isn’t as expected and you have changed your mind, you may be entitled to receive a store credit in exchange for your returned item. You are only entitled to a refund if you have a received an item with a manufacturing fault.
Please note: samples, sales and items discounted with a promo code are final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a store credit, you must initially contact our Customer Service team within 30 days.
Your return must:
  • Still have all tags attached.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Have no signs of wear, rips, pulls or stains, including marks from makeup or fake tan.
  • Not be a bodysuit or intimates item.
 
HOW TO RETURN:
If all of the above requirements are met, please email our Customer Service team via contact@stapleandhue.com within 30 days of receiving your item. After our team contacts you, you will have 30 days to send the item back to our studio. Our team retains discretion to issue a store credit or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping costs must be covered by the customer so we recommend using tracked postage. We will provide you with a returns form to include with your return parcel. Please note, Staple & Hue are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and store credits are processed within 2 business days after the order is received and assessed at our studio. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or store credit has been issued.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, our Customer Service team hold the right to reject returns - it's important to contact us as soon as you can, we are very friendly we promise!
 
REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS:
While we strive to produce staples of the utmost quality, mistakes can sometimes slip through the cracks and land in your hands. If this is the case and your purchase is faulty in some way, you will be entitled to a refund.
Please email our Customer Care team via contact@stapleandhue.com
within 5 days of receiving the item so we can assess the issue. We will work with you to establish a mutually satisfactory outcome in the form of a refund, exchange or store credit.
Once the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team, Staple & Hue will reimburse shipping costs to return the item to us, however original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will provide you with a returns form to include with your return parcel. Staple & Hue are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
