Staple & Hue operates two warehouses for efficient order dispatch:

USA and Canada orders ship from Miami, Florida via USPS or UPS.

Australia and Rest of the World orders dispatch from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post or DHL.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as our system ensures swift fulfillment for timely delivery.

Australia: Spend $250+ AUD for complimentary express shipping.

USA: Spend $250+ USD for free express shipping.

UK: Spend $250+ GBP for complimentary standard international shipping.

New Zealand: Spend $250 NZD for free standard international shipping.

Rest of World: Standard rates apply.

Orders placed before 3pm typically dispatch within one business day.

Shipping + Tax FAQs

Orders to North America ship from Miami, FL. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard shipping, and 2-3 business days for express delivery.

We use UPS for standard delivery and 2nd Day Air for express. Please note, both services have their own cut off times for processing, and we cannot guarantee next day shipping.

ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING & REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If you request that the signature be removed from your shipment, Staple & Hue or the couriers are not liable for the shipment being lost or stolen.

COST:

Mainland US: $8 USD standard, $15 USD express, FREE EXPRESS delivery over $250 USD.

Rest of North America (incl. Canada): $25 USD standard delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Australia
During your Shopping Cart experience, you'll have the option to choose either standard or express shipping. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can view updates by clicking the link.

EXPRESS shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $200 AUD. All orders under $200 will be charged a flat fee rate of $8 for standard shipping and $13 for express shipping.

Standard Shipping:

Orders via standard shipping should be received within 2-6 business days; however, this service can take longer to regional postcodes. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a notice will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping should be received within 1-3 business days. Any delays by our shipping provider will be communicated to you via your nominated email. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in your email.

Please ensure your delivery address is attended or include a business address where possible. Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address. Staple & Hue takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

COST:

AUSTRALIA: $8 standard shipping, $13 express shipping, FREE EXPRESS shipping over $200 AU

NEW ZEALAND: $15 standard shipping, $30 express shipping, FREE standard shipping over $250 AU

UNITED KINGDOM: standard shipping $20 AUD, $40 AUD for DHL express shipping, FREE standard shipping over $300 AUD.

REST OF THE WORLD: $35 AUD standard shipping. Please allow 5-20 business days to receive your order.

Our shipping policy ensures efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery to our valued customers. Orders placed through our platform may be distributed from multiple warehouses, located in Sydney, Australia, and Miami, USA.

In the event that an order cannot be entirely fulfilled at one warehouse, it will be split and fulfilled from both warehouses to expedite delivery. However, if an order cannot be entirely fulfilled at the warehouse closest to the customer's location, the entire order will be shipped from the alternate warehouse.

We strive to minimize any delays resulting from this shipping arrangement; however, customers should anticipate possible slight delays when orders are shipped from a warehouse farther from their location.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES & IMPORT DUTIES:

International orders will generally incur customs fees and import taxes. These fees will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Please note: Staple & Hue DOES NOT cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the retail value of your purchase. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
1. The sales tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia.
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.


Charges MUST be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Staple & Hue has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost may be. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Staple & Hue will not liable for any loss of funds as a result of this. Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, Staple & Hue takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

*Imports into New Zealand over NZD $175.00 will generally incur customs and import taxes. For more info please see: www.customs.govt.nz/features/internetshopping/Pages/default.aspx

*USA imports are already Prepaid as this has been imported directly to our USA warehouse. You will not have further taxes.

*Imports into CANADA will generally incur customs and import taxes. The standard rate for import duties and taxes into Canada is 18% of the products value. North American customers can shop from our US warehouse here. For more info please see: https://www.crossbordershopping.ca/

*Imports into the UK will generally incur VAT fees as well as customs and import taxes. The standard rate for these duties and taxes into the UK are as below:

VAT FEES - Value added Tax (VAT) fees are charged on any goods worth over £15. The standard VAT fee rate is 20%.

CUSTOMS FEES : Customs fees are charged on imports worth over £135. The standard customs fee rate is 2.5% of the products value.

We do not ship to every European country so please contact us to ensure that you are covered by our delivery providers. *Imports into ASIA will generally incur customs and import taxes. The standard rate for import duties and taxes into Asia vary as each country is different. Staple & Hue is not responsible for any customs delays or rejected parcels due to customs charges not being paid.

ITEM AVAILABILITY:

Staple & Hue stock quantities are not updated in real time and our items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If an out-of-stock item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We do now have both warehouses available for dispatch however if we are going to fulfil your order from one of our other warehouses we will notify you first to see whether you would prefer a refund.
